Returns

Returns are accepted only if an item is defective, damaged, or has missing parts/items upon delivery, make sure to inspect your order front of delivery representative, Dukkan Khalil is not responsible for any claims or issues after the order has been received.

Refunds

Dukkan Khalil does not offer cash or payment refunds.

Approved claims for defective, damaged, or incomplete items will be handled through replacement, exchange, or another appropriate solution, subject to product availability and review of the case from our management.

Change of Mind

Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to a change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or after the product has been used.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery in front of our delivery representative. If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, please reject the order and send it back with our delivery representative.

Dukkan Khalil reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the conditions stated above.
