Delivery Zones
We currently deliver within Jordan only — including Amman, Zarqa, Irbid, Aqaba, and all other governorates.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website or by contacting us directly.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible:

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve it promptly. Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
